 In trying to subtley co-erce some of the ladies I work with to grow out their hair, I have made it a point to never wear my hair to work the same way twice.  Since it's only part-time, I had been thus far successful in doing so.  I figure if I can show them all the possibilities of long hair, then perhaps someone will give it a try.  I totally did it!  I hooked a co-worker up with all the hair maintenace products, combs, and non-cone/ non-LS shampoos and conditioners she'd need to acheive healthy hair growth.  Her hair has grown six inches in the past three months, and her fiance is freaking out over it because he loves long hair!  Go me!
